Recording a Case History
The hospitals, maternity health centres and polyclinics record the case histories of all their gynecological patients. Approximately the same information is collected as is for recording the case history of childbirth, in addition, the women are requestioned especially in reference to their particular diseases. A detailed and proper questioning of the patients considerably facilitates diagnosis, and in recording case histories the nurse must strive to get exact and detailed answers to all questions.
